Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to build client relationships, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert orders. The role also involves liaising with government officers and departments. Based in Bhopal, this position requires extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Enquiry Handling:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Gather detailed requirements from clients to prepare accurate quotations.
Quotation and Order Management:
Prepare and send quotations to clients based on their requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure orders.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and negotiation.
Liaison with Government Officers:

Ensure good liaison with government officers and departments involved in the projects.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and government policies.
Market Research and Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in [relevant industry].
Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
